Rohit Sharma, a hospitality veteran and owner of R4 Hospitality, brings his passion for Indian cuisine to life at Tapori. Having conceptualised over 100 restaurants, he oversees everything from design to menus, ensuring each project reflects the chosen theme. Tapori is his most personal venture yet, featuring meticulously crafted dishes inspired by traditional recipes collected during his travels across the country. With a menu showcasing 29 of the 300 dishes discovered, Tapori promises "an unseen, unexplored, and unforgettable" journey through India’s culinary heritage.
