Meet the Chef Patron

Rohit Sharma is the founder of Tapori and the force behind R4 Hospitality. With experience in conceptualising over 120 restaurants, bars, hotels & microbrewries he brings a deep understanding of design, food, and guest experience.

Tapori is his most personal project to date.

 

Built on extensive travel across India, the menu reflects dishes, flavours, and techniques encountered in home kitchens, local markets, and regional communities. Each plate is inspired by tradition, but reinterpreted with a contemporary approach.

At Tapori, Rohit focuses on creating a space that feels approachable, expressive, and rooted in real Indian flavours—designed for both discovery and repeat visits.
